Shipping Timeline & Policy
What is the estimated delivery timeframe? Delivery schedules depend entirely on your destination and the carrier selected at checkout. We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Updates: Please note that a tracking number will be generated once payment is confirmed. However, you should allow up to 72 hours for the tracking status to actively update on both the UPS and USPS portals.

Processing & Handling: Our standard timeline for fulfillment, packing, and carrier drop-off is 72 business hours. During periods of exceptionally high order volume, handling times may extend beyond this initial 72-hour window.

Domestic Delivery: The majority of domestic shipments within the United States arrive within 7 business days from the actual date of departure. Our primary carrier is UPS, though we occasionally utilize USPS for delivery locations that UPS cannot service.
Important Delivery Terms: All delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier and are strictly approximations; AlpenGlow Labs does not guarantee specific processing, packaging, or transit times. We do not issue refunds or credits for extended fulfillment windows, carrier delays, missed scans, or routing issues, as transit handling is entirely outside of our operations. If our fulfillment parameters and shipping policies do not align with your logistical needs, we respectfully ask that you source your materials through an alternative supplier.
How can I track my shipment? An automated email containing your tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been finalized, processed, and dispatched.
Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss
All packages are securely packed and shipped utilizing established commercial carriers. Please be advised that upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier, the entire risk of damage, loss, or transit failure shifts completely to the Purchaser.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

Carrier Disputes: Any and all issues involving transit delays, package theft, damage, seizure, or missing shipments must be handled and disputed directly with the transport carrier.

Limitation of Liability: AlpenGlow Labs bears no responsibility or financial liability for shipping failures, irrespective of the selected shipping class or optional insurance coverage.

Final Delivery Policy: We do not provide replacement shipments, order duplications, or complimentary reships under any circumstances—including instances where a package is lost, intercepted, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.
Do you ship internationally? We operate strictly within domestic boundaries; AlpenGlow Labs does not offer international shipping options at this time.
